Please ensure that the first named person listed on the Booking Form overleaf has read and signed the declaration at the bottom of the form. Please tick the "I accpet booking conditions" box if you are usuing our online booking form. It is the responsibility of this named individual to ensure that each person listed on the booking form has read and agrees to the terms of the Booking Conditions set out below:

Ground Arrangements: Once we have received your booking form, Pyrenean Mountain Tours will issue you with a Booking Confirmation. This confirmation will show in detail the holiday that you have booked with us and how much it will cost. Our contract with you is effective from the date that we issue our confirmation to you.

Air Travel: Flights will be booked with ATOL holders for whom we act as retail agents and flight bookings are subject to their conditions. When a flight booking has been accepted by us, we will issue to you an ATOL receipt which confirms that the money for the flight is held by us on behalf of the ATOL holder. A contract will exist between you and that ATOL holder once they issue a confirmation invoice, which we shall send to you as soon as we receive it. Please check the details given on the booking confirmation carefully. If you find any errors or omissions you should contact our UK office straight away.

Deposits: We require a deposit of £90.00 per person. All deposits are non refundable (unless you are specifically informed otherwise in writing). We cannot accept any bookings that are not accompanied by the appropriate payments.

Balance of Payment: Your balance is due eight weeks before the start of your holiday. Pyrenean Mountain Tours reserve the right to cancel your holiday, without refunds, if you have not paid by this time. Our Booking Confirmation will specify a date by which your final payment must reach our UK office.

Cancellations: If for any reason you or a member of your group wishes to cancel their holiday the following charges will apply:
o 8 or more weeks before your
departure date - 50%
o between 8 and 2 weeks
before departure - 70%
o less than 2 weeks before
departure - 100%

These figures apply from the moment that we receive your cancellation in writing. Cancellations must be notified to our UK office. If for reasons beyond our control we have to cancel your holiday we will refund the full cost of your holiday to you. However, Pyrenean Mountain Tours cannot be held responsible for any changes or cancellations to your holiday due to wars, threat of war, terrorism, industrial action, civil strike, airport closures or congestion, fire, technical problems, weather or any other difficulties beyond our control.

Holiday & Activity Insurance: It is essential that you are adequately insured for the activities that you wish to do. Your insurance policy should specifically cover cancellations as well as any high risk sports that you wish to undertake. You should also take an E111 form with you.

Mountain Guides, Ski instructors and Leaders: On a number of our holidays you will be led, guided or instructed by a third party such as a UIAGM mountain guide, European Mountain Leader or others. These people will have the power of veto over the viability of any route or activity at any given time.

Self Catering - Breakages and Cleaning: It is important that you notify our local representative of any breakages that occur in your accommodation while you are on holiday. Please note that you are responsible for cleaning the property and that you must return your accommodation to the condition in which you found it when you arrived. Excessive damages and additional cleaning costs will be charged for.

Our Complaints Procedure: We do not expect to receive any complaints about our holidays! We will endeavour to settle any complaints that may arise amicably. If this is unsuccessful you can pursue a claim through the small claims court in the UK which is an efficient and effective way of settling disputes.
