Many people enjoy independent driving holidays, but it can be time consuming to research the best routes and sites. This road trip holiday takes some of the hard work out of planning for touring the Pyrenees by road and ensures you use the most scenic roads and visit the most interesting places.

Our Pyrenean Roadbook holidays are a brand new concept. You choose from the three itineraries and we plan your route and book all of your accommodation. We send you a pack of information that you use to guide your own holiday at your own pace.

This pack includes:

A detailed Roadbook with driving instructions
The Roadbook includes nuts and bolts stuff like kilometres to travel, road numbers, where to turn etc but also provides a cultural and history guide suggesting places to stop and visit.

Rough Guide to the Pyrenees
The Roadbook is backed up with a free copy of the Rough Guide to the Pyrenees. This is by far the best and most detailed guidebook available in English and we reference the relevant sections in our Roadbook.

GPS Waypoints
For those of you who are bringing your own car or motorbike and have a GPS we can send you a file of GPS waypoints corresponding to our Roadbook. These are in Garmin PCX format and will download straight to your unit

The Orpheon
Our pack includes some traditional Pyrenean music too - a CD by the Orpheon - a Pyrenean Male Shepherd's choir singing traditional hymns and chants from the Haute Pyrenees and Pays Basque. Something inspiring to listen to as you drive.

Accommodation List
We book all of your accommodation for you and our Roadbook includes the details. You pay your own bill directly in local currency at the hotel.

We book your flights, ferry and / or motorail travel and provide hire cars if needed.
