There are many who prefer the independence which a self catering holiday provides. Saint-Lary offers a wide selection of good apartments and we will help you to find one to suit your needs. Our properties are all in the centre of town and within easy walking reach of the cable car. With the bakeries, butchers’, supermarkets and restaurants all nearby, a self catering apartment is an attractive option in St Lary.

As a company we are not committed to filling the same apartments each week. This allows us to offer the right place for each group or family. You will need to book early though, particularly for the February half term week. This is a resort which is popular with French skiers and they are booking earlier and earlier these days.

Some examples of the properties we offer are given below. We have many more options to suggest if you call. We can provide everything from a small studio for two to a palacial apartment for eight, but in general we recommend that you house a slightly lower number of people in the accommodation than the number French landlords tend to consider as ‘capacity’. This allows you more space and comfort during your holiday. However we also understand it is also a question of holiday budget.

Accommodation Options

Residence Clos Mirabelle
Right in the centre of town, this Residence offers a selection of well equipped, convenient modern flats. From a two person studio to an eight person family apartment, most of these apartments are equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven and a TV. Many of the flats have stunning mountain views, and the building is equipped with ski lockers downstairs.

Depending on the size of the flat you choose, the sleeping arrangements vary. Some have bunk beds in a self contained bedroom, as well as a double bed in the master bedroom. Others have a ‘coin nuit’, slightly smaller but still comfortable, and many will come equipped with a sofa bed which can be used as an extra bed (or not depending on how you want to allocate space in your group). When you contact us we will give you a detailed description of the options available for your dates.

Accommodation summary
All flats at the Mirabelle have independent WC and bathroom.
Studios are 19-27m2 with sofa bed in the living area and bunk beds in the ‘coin nuit’ (a ‘coin nuit’ is a sleeping area away from the main living/cooking area and shaped like a small room but often without a door).

Smaller two room flats are 25-30m2 with a separate bedroom with double bed, and bunks in the coin nuit. Otherwise as above.

Larger two room flats are 30-35m2 laid out in the same way as above but with bigger rooms.
Three rooms flats are between 30-35m2. These flats have an extra bedroom. They are designed for six people and very comfortable for four.

Four room flats are 40-50m2. With three bedrooms and a spacious living area, these can accommodate up to 8 people.

Residence Les Arches
These recently renovated apartments have a wonderful mountain feel to them and are extremely comfortable. Spacious and well designed, there are several different possibilities depending on the size of your group. This is an ideal spot for a group wanting to be housed near each other as the building also has its own communal area where there is room for the youngsters to play. As well as the ski cellar and bike storage there is a gym and a sauna for residents’ exclusive and free use.

Pic de Lia
Near the centre of town these sweet little split houses provide a very cosy setting for your holiday. There is bed space for up to six people if you wish to use the sofa bed and a small garden attached to the house. They are ideal for a family of four to five if you like a bit of extra space.

These modern residences are all close to the centre of the village. They house a variety of different apartments from small studios to split level flats for eight to ten people They are equipped with all you need to make your stay a comfortable experience.
