Getting to the Pyrenees
has never been easier. Ryanair, Easyjet and Bmibaby all serve
airports that are nearby.
To get the best deal on your airfare you need to book well
in advance. Generally these airlines release seats for sale
six months before the departure date. If you would rather,
we can book these seats for you (email Wendy
for help) but it does take time so we charge £6 per
seat for the service. Alternatively book yourself using the
easy to follow steps provided by each airline.
Ryanair
Ryanair fly to Pau, Biarritz and Carcasonne. Before booking
your flight please make sure you read the notes about transfers
on the right.
Easyjet
Easyjet fly to Toulouse. Before booking your flight please
make sure you read the notes about transfers.
We
can also book seats with British Airways and Airfrance, from

Take the Train from Waterloo
An increasing number of people travel down to the Pyrenees
by train. The journey takes about 12 hours but can be a great
way to unwind after hectic weeks at work. You can opt to travel
through the day using the Eurostar and the French TGV service
to Lourdes. Alternatively, why not spend an evening in Paris
before catching the overnight sleeper down to Lourdes where
we will collect you ?

Driving
up to the Pyrenees from the major cities of arrival is simple
and quick:

from Toulouse to Luz / Barèges: 3 hours
from Carcassonne to Luz / Barèges: 4 hours
Driving
from the UK
If you are planning to drive down to the Pyrenees from the
UK, call us for a quote on your ferry journey. We can organise
your crossing to either St. Malo or Caen in France or you
could choose to take the mini cruise to Bilbao or Santander.
Driving from the Spanish coast is an easy five hours up through
the mountains to Luz.

Minibus / Coach Transfers
We can make your journey simple by meeting you at the station
or airport with our minibus to go directly to your accommodation.
However we cannot meet every train or flight! We stress this
point here because we have had recent contacts from people
who have spontaneously booked a great cheap flight and then
found themselves at an airport at an unsociable time with
no onward transport. Just make a quick phone call to Wendy
to let her know your thoughts on flights and she will be able
to tell you if we can or cannot make the minibus transfer.

February half term only for a fixed fee

to meet the Ryanair flight from London.

This service is FREE
if you have skied with us before !
At other times of the season it is easy to catch
the train from Biarritz to Lourdes. The train
fare is about £13. We will pick you up in
Lourdes for the transfer up to Barages.
Travel Time: 3 hrs
From
Toulouse and back
We can collect you from Toulouse for
the February half term week only for
a fixed fee of £40 per person. We will confirm
the times of our transfers nearer the time.
Transfer Time: 2.5 hrs
This service is
FREE if you have skied with us before !
At other times of the season you can easily catch
the train from Toulouse to Lourdes where we will
pick you up for free.
