A small, dedicated team of staff
We are not a big company and we select our staff with great care. Their job is to make sure that your trip runs as smoothly as possible. Our people in the UK will help you design the most appropriate travel itinerary, as well as find an apartment, B&B or hotel that meets your specific needs. They'll advise on equipment and travel, and if they don't have the answer they will put you in touch with somebody who does. Simon Greenleaf - Director
Simon is a founding director of Pyrenean Mountain Tours and has a particular interest in the Ski Touring and Telemark Skiing programmes. He has led many of our treks and holds a BASI Telemark Instructor certificate and teaches on most of our Introduction to Alpine Ski Touring and Telemark courses. .

Jessica Pickard - Director
 Jessica is a founding director of Pyrenean Mountain Tours and lives in London and the Pyrenees. A keen skier, a fluent French speaker and passionate about the Pyrenees Jessica is well known locally and works with hotels and apartment owners to ensure the quality of your holiday.

Justin Major - Overseas Operations Manager
Justin joined the Pyrenean Mountain Tours team four years ago and has become our Overseas Operations Manager. He is fluent in French and Spanish and Justin also holds a BASI ski teaching award as well as a number of mountain leadership and paddlesport qualifications. He has over 7 years of experience working in the outdoors.

Wendy Benjamin - UK Office Manager
Wendy has run our UK office for six years now and in that time has organised lots of specialised programmes and events for people. Wendy manages your holiday booking from start to end and is on hand to answer any queries you have leading up to your departure.

Sandra Griffin - UK Office Sales Team
Sandra has worked for PMT for five years and supports Wendy in our UK Office. We often get positive feedback about our UK office: "Sandra was so helpful, she organised everything for us,” they say. And it's true; Sandra is on hand to deal with the most complex of travel arrangements.

Stephen MacDonald
Steve has worked with us for several years and was the impetus for our Telemark skiing programme. Steve is well known in the world of Telemark and runs his own company > Beyond Adventure < organising bespoke holidays and expeditions in Scotland and further afield.


Anna Gordon
Anna has spent the last two winters in the Pyrenees organising holidays in Bareges La Mongie and supporting our Ski Touring and Telemark programmes. Anna is a really keen skier and, as many of you already know, is a blast to ski with! Anna spends the summer in Scotland working with Beyond Adventure

Richard Dupont - UIAGM Guide
Simon and Jessica first met Richard 11 years ago while he was training to become a UIAGM mountain guide. We have worked together ever since as a team and many of the ski tours that we offer have been developed in partnership with Richard. He speaks very good English and Spanish as well as French and is a keen actor in a local dramatics group in the Pyrenees.

Remi Laborde - UIAGM Guide
Remi is based in the village of Luz St Sauveur in the French Pyrenees, but travels all over the world with PMT. He is well known to lots of our clients and has pioneered a number of our more demanding routes. He climbs with Richard and between them they have conquered a number of first ascents in the Pyrenees - including some very technical ice climbs in the Cirque of Gavarnie.

Klaus Lorenz - UIAGM Guide
Klaus has headed up our Austrian and Italian South Tyrol ski tours for five years. Klaus is from a long line of mountain guides stretching back 200 years, and has himself been guiding for 40. As well as Klaus, we work with his cousins Adolph, Heinz and Joseph - the next generation of Lorenz family guides.
 

Elodie Fenet - Summer Holidays Representative
Elodie is the newest member of our team and is busy running our summer programme down in the Pyrenees. She is actually from Normandy and has previously worked for Headwater Holidays and Barelli Ski in Les Houches.
