Pyrenean Mountain Tours have organised ski tours for over eighteen years. We offer everything from off-piste skiing and a ‘first timers’ Introduction to Ski Touring Course to a series of hut to hut ski tours in the Pyrenees and the Alps in five different countries.
Our partners in Luz offer Walks and Treks. There are lots of trips to chose from and you can walk independently at your own pace or in a guided group led by a professional Mountain Leader. Rambles, day hikes, journeys from one valley to another or high mountain hikes through the Pyrenees National Park. Check the details for ideas.
New for 2013 is our supported self drive African Expeditions to Namibia and Botswana. We visit remote Kaokoland and Damaraland up near the Skeleton Coast as far as the border with Angola. You drive at your own pace knowing that there are two other vehicles not a million miles ways despite the fact that you’ll be 300 miles from the nearest road.
After five years work our own house in the Pyrenees is now available to rent. The Pyrenees House is big enough to sleep eight people comfortably and is available year round. If you’d rather stay at a hotel give Sian a call at the Hotel Templiers, opposite the fortified church in the middle of Luz.
